You will need to determine your car's class BEFORE registering. The new classification worksheet can be found at: http://www.racersmarket.net/autox/AX_class_2011_v1.xls
Your car number is critical. Before registering for your first event with us please contact Bruce Herstowski at herstowski@gmail.com to get an assigned/approved number. You may not change or select a new number without clearing the number.
Download the Excel worksheet. Find your car, with the correct year and model in the scrollable section. Cars are grouped together by the BMW "E Code". Place an X left of your car. Scroll down further to the Modifications section. Select each modification that you have made with an X. Please note that you will need your tire Treadwear rating to determine your tire modification. This is found on the sidewall of your tire and is typically a 3 digit number, ie 180. Upon completion of car model selection and modifications you can scroll back up to the top of the worksheet and your Class is automatically indicated. Please change your cars class, if required, in Motor Sport Reg BEFORE registering for the event.
Please note that this is a SUNDAY event.
Helmets will be available to rent for $10. HELMETS MUST BE 2005 RATED. Harrison Motorsports has a deal on helmets. Contact David Harrison at 678- 879-1200 to order, make sure you ask for the BMW CCA AX special.
Class display is now mandatory. For example, I would be 2B. The "B" should be displayed as 50% of the "2". Our formal guideline for this will be that the numeral(s) be a minimum of 8" in height with the letter being 4". For those of you in "X" class you would display the class character and numeral at 50% of the car number.
