About this event
Friday September 27th 1 day HPDE at Auto Club Speedway Sponsored by South Bay BMW
Can't get enough of Auto Club Speedway? Missed out on our May 3rd event? We are back at Auto Club Speedway on September 27th for another fun filled day at the BIG roval! The track combines some very technical sections with multiple LONG straights and the famous NASCAR turn 2, a high speed, highly banked oval turn that promises to push the limits of both driver and machine.
Auto Club Speedway is the PREMIER Southern Californa race track, with world class facilities and a superbly maintained pavement for the upper echelon of North American racing. It's a great track for beginners and seasoned drivers alike, and a fun track to spectate at. Located within less than 2 hours drive from most of the suburban Los Angeles, you can easily drive to the track, enjoy a day of adrenaline filled fun, and drive home with to enjoy the rest of the day and tell all your friend what tremendous fun (and speed) you had over the weekend.
If you've never been to one of our HPDEs before, this is an excellent opportunity to see what BMW CCA's driving education program is all about. We provide a safe, fun environment where you get personalized in-car instruction all day, with plenty of in-class discussion to maximize your learning curve on a 2 day program. You will be sure to leave our event hooked on performance driving!
If you've done a few of our events, you know the value BMW CCA DEs offer. Our instructors will work with you to continue to hone your skills as a driver, while pushing you to new heights if you're in the A+ program. The instructions are tailored individually to your skill level, and no matter how experienced, you should always leave our events a better driver.
If you've done a number of DEs with other organizers, come see what makes BMW CCA DE's the premier program nationwide.
We've managed to keep the price reasonable for this event at $315 for members, $365 for non-members, and $299 for A+ attendees*. Hurry, registration closes on September 20th, don't let this event get cancelled like Spring Mountain! Sign up early, and get your friends to sign up soon.
* A+ program REQUIRES either prior A+ experience, or solo sign-off in B with instructor recommendation. No exception will be made. A+ attendees will be put on wait-list until confirmation of status and requirements.
