On Saturday and Sunday the gates at the track open at 7:00 AM. The mandatory drivers meeting for all attendees is at 8:00 AM.
Your registration fee also includes a commemorative T-shirt. You don't want to miss getting one, they are collectors items. You can purchase extra T-shirts for your friends and family too.
HPDE COST:
2 Days: $275 for 1 driver or primary driver……$255 for co-drivers……
1 Day: $205 for 1 driver or primary driver……$185 for co-drivers……
(Includes One free Event Hoodie for each registered participant that registers by September 11, 2017.
YEAR END PARTY COST:
The year end party starts when the track goes COLD, (after parade laps). There will be food and a live band.
The Cost is $35.00 per person.
ADDITIONAL T-SHIRTS:
You can purchase additional Hoodies for your friends and family for only $20.00 Each, MUST order by September 11, 2017.

DRIVERS ONLY:
If you REGISTER before September 2, 2017 your name will be put in a drawing,(for each day you are registered to drive), for a chance to win an EARLY REGISTRATION $150 VISA GIFT CARD. You MUST be present for the drawing to win. ONE (1) Name will be drawn to win the Gift Card, if the person is not present another name will be drawn until a winner is drawn. The Drawing will take place on Saturday during the PARTY at the event. The decision of the HPDE Chair is final.
INSTRUCTORS ONLY:
If you REGISTER before September 2, 2017 your name will be put in a drawing for the Instructor GRAND Award, (for EACH day you registered and Instructed during the YEAR for the events listed below), for a chance to win the Instructor GRAND Award a $500 VISA GIFT CARD. You MUST be present for the drawing to win. ONE (1) Name will be drawn to win the Gift Card, if the person is not present another name will be drawn until a winner is drawn. The Drawing will take place on Saturday during the PARTY at the event. In addition to the above you MUST HAVE registered and Instructed at ALL FIVE (5) of the following HPDE events: 2017 La Junta HPDE, 2017 PPIR HPDE, 2017 Rocky Mountain High Way at Aspen Motorsports Park HPDE, 2017 Pueblo Double Feature HPDE and 2017 Endless Summer HPDE. The decision of the HPDE Chair is final.

Event requirements
TECH Inspection – Pre Tech can be done FREE a week prior to the event. Please try to have your inspection done prior to the event. Tech inspection at the track will be $50 (cash or check only), and as always there is no cost to fully prepped cars without license plates brought in by trailer as well as for those participants residing more than 50 miles from an official tech inspection site.

*Please make sure you have your car numbers ready before you get to the track.
**Please make sure you have your tech inspection form completely filled out and signed by a valid tech inspector/shop. This is a requirement from PCA National.
Must have for Driving: Helmet at least a SNELL 2010-M rating (the club has some loaners), closed shoes, long pants and a long sleeved shirt (both cotton material).
