If you have ever thought of chairing a RMR/AMR event or if you have signed up to chair and event this year, this Training Session is for you...
We will review the 2014 Event Chair Guidelines starting with a review of what is new for 2014 and covering all the steps for chairing an event. Our Web Master has already started posting the 2014 Event Chair Guidelines. You'll learn who the important go to people are for supporting your event, where all the forms and waivers are, and what you need to do to get Board approval for your event ie budgeting. We will also review requirements for News Letter articles, registration, radios, learn about the rewards for chairing an event and much more..
Bring something to write on and with. Light refreshements wil be provided.
This session will take place at the Anthink Library from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm on February 22, 2014.
