About this event
For 2013 the following fee schedules will be in place for memberships and event registration. The one that will impact the largest number of competitors is the introduction of $5 pre-registration.
**It is important to note. Family memberships are priced and designed for family members living in the same household. This is in place to afford a parent to bring a child out at a discounted rate. It is not intended for Family members not living in the same household. Divorced or separated parents can speak to a board member for an exception for children. Anyone found to be in violation of this will have all of their memberships pulled with no refund**
Membership
Full Membership - $140 - This is a $65 decrease from 2012 and incorporates the $5 pre-registration discount. This provides Membership, a permanent number and automatic pre-registration for all autocross events. Special events are not included such as Test & Tune or Novice schools. Charity events may or may not be included at the board’s discretion.
Family Full Membership - $140 for the first plus $130 for each additional Full Membership
Basic Membership - $35 - Provides for membership and access to member rates for event entry (Autocross is $25 per event)
Family Basic Membership - $65 for a family of up to 3. Provides for membership and access to member rates for event entry (Autocross is $25 per event)
Autocross Event Entry Fees
Member - $25 - Pre-registration on-line provides for a $5 discount to this fee making it $20. ***MULTI-DAY events may be higher
Non-Member - $30 - Pre-registration on-line provides for a $5 discount to this fee making it $25. ***MULTI-DAY events may be higher
Other Events
Fees are determined on a per event basis
Event requirements
NOTE: If you are registering for membership it takes up to 24 hours for your membership to be processed. Please do not register for an event until you receive notification your membership has been complete. You can contact membership@tidewatersportscarclub.com with questions or concerns.
If you are purchasing the Full Membership and have additional family members, select the Family Full Membership option on the Registration form for yourself. After you've completed the registration form for yourself (and before you finish and pay), click the link on the right to "Add another person". Do that for each additional family member and select the Additional Family Full Membership for each one. Click here to see an example.
