2013 Annual Chapter Dinner

Come join us for the Annual BMW CCA Great Plains Chapter Dinner on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 6:00 PM!
To change things up a bit, this year location and menu is all new. We're sure it will be as delicious as always. 

Please join us for new and unique dining experience at the Sage Bistro on the Metro Community College Campus. Their chefs will prepare an exquisite culinary treat. The format is also a bit different with 3 stations demonstrating the preparation. Guests will be able to interact with the chefs.

Passed Appetizers

Compressed cantaloupe with prosciutto, Salmon rillettes on rye with boursine, Roasted eggplant puree, piquillo pepper and feta canapé

Action Stations

Duck Rillete – frisee, hen egg, bacon vinaigrette, fines herb

Seared Diver Scallops – rocket, butternut sherry glacage, pickled red onion

Crispy Roasted Plum Creek Farms Chicken- celeriac gratin, spring pea puree, mushroom tarragon essence

Dessert

Pain Perdu, Maple Ice cream, candied walnut, brown butter, macerated strawberry

Tickets are only $40 per person! Price includes tax, gratuities and non-alcoholic beverages. A CASH (or check) bar will be available.
