Join us for the 2012 South Carolina Region Awards Banquet in sunny Myrtle Beach, SC. Celebrate our past year and see who gets the trophies! Who earns the Broke It Trophy or Driver of the Year?

Schedule:
4:30 pm: Classes for Safety Steward and Timing Setup @ Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach
6:00 pm: Annual members meeting @ Club Boca
7:00 - 9:00 pm: Dinner and awards @ Club Boca
9:00 - ?: Club Boca has gratiously offered to waive their cover charge for SCR Members and their guests once they open to the public.
Banquet fee: $10 for adults, kids (14 and under) eat free.
We'll have a full buffet with grilled chicken, a beef carving station, and all the accoutrements. For your drinking pleasure there will be a fully stocked cash bar.
Stay within walking distance of the banquet: Hampton Inn - Broadway at the Beach is offering rooms for $79 per night + tax Friday thru Sunday. Call (843) 916-0600 for your reversation and tell them you're with the Sports Car Club of America. Please book your room by December 23rd. If you are later than that, there is no guarantee the rooms will be available at that price.
In order to get a head count to the caterer in a timely fashion, registration closes January 5.
