Vehicle Operation & Advanced Car Control!!
RaceCraft1 announces the 10/10ths Motorsports Winter Seminar, Level 1 & 2, for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced drivers. Take advantage of valuable preparation for the 2017 season!
Presented by Chief Instructor and former F-16 instructor pilot Kelly Jones, you'll get a head start with abundant track time driving the training devices (simulators) featuring full data analysis tools and onboard video review. Space is limited to the first 8 participants per day!
8AM - 5PM, Saturday, January 14th, Level 1, Vehicle Operation
8AM - 4PM, Sunday, January 15th, Level 2, Advanced Car Control
Drivers may sign up for one or both days to participate in the level(s) of their choosing.

One Day, 6 hours of Instruction, $200
Two Days, 12 hours of Instruction, $310

January 14th, Level 1 – Vehicle Operation
- Manual and Sequential Transmission
- Acceleration
- Braking
- Rev Matching, Heel and Toe Technique
- Turning Radius vs Corner Speed
- Parts of a Turn
- Use of the Full Track Width
January 15th, Level 2 – Advanced Car Control
- Vehicle Dynamics
- Weight Transfer/Dynamic Balance
- Understeer and Oversteer – Early Cues, Indications, Recognition, Compensation, and Recovery
- Traction Circle
- Trail Braking and Throttle Steering, Mid-Corner Adjustments
- Wet Weather, Adverse Conditions, Reduced Traction
