<p>Hello VCMC&nbsp;Family,</p> <p>Year after year we have been continuously growing. This year our average cup event was over 100 per event, the most ever. Several were also over 120.</p> <p>Many people have loved the size of the events but some have felt like they are not getting good value (quantity of runs/$ spent).</p> <p>The idea of an event cap has been suggested. The ELT is split on this topic so we thought we would put the question out to you all. A decision to add a cap could mean that some members would not be able to attend an event so we thought it only right to get your feedback. Here are some details to consider:</p> <p>@120 people we generally&nbsp;get&nbsp;for 7-8 runs each: (120 x 7 = 840 total runs); (120 x 8 = 960 total runs)</p> <p>@100 people: 8-9 runs</p> <p>@140 people (only once ever): 7 runs (more likely 6)</p> <p>So if you have an opinion, what would you choose?</p> <p>a) No Cap</p> <p>b) 120 person + ELT Cap</p> <p>c) 100 person + ELT Cap</p> <p>You will have until Dec. 31st&nbsp;Midnight to get your vote it in.
