<p> From time to time, the Audi Club Northwest Board of Trustees is asked to consider a change in policy that impacts our individual members or the club organization as a whole.&nbsp; We believe that these types of decisions are best brought to you directly in order to hear your voice as we consider a particular change.&nbsp; Today, I am reaching out on a potential change that has more of an impact on the Board of Trustees and we feel that it would be most appropriate to let you determine whether or not a change should be made.<br /> <br /> As you know, the Board of Trustees is made up entirely of volunteers.&nbsp; While we did raise our hands, and had at least a rough idea of what we were getting ourselves into, it is still a sizable commitment to support our organization.&nbsp; We generally have a role in delivering all the events that we put on.&nbsp; With that in mind, we would like to collect the membership&#39;s feedback on whether or not the Audi Club Northwest Board of Trustees should have a waiver of event fees.&nbsp; While this benefit, if approved, would apply to current board members it would also apply to future board members.&nbsp; We see this more as a benefit that we would like to highlight as we recruit our eventual replacements, as opposed to just handing ourselves some new benefits today.<br /> <br /> We did not want to make this decision ourselves, so we would appreciate just a minute of your time to share your view through the following poll.&nbsp; The results of this poll, just like the results of our annual election voting, are anonymous.<br /> <br /> Additionally, if you are interested in getting further involved, please let us know as we will be having annual board elections in August.<br /> <br /> Thank you,<br /> Seth Varty<br /> President</p>
