Event Requirements

You must have approval of your chapter president and have an active BMW CCA membership to attend.
Please, one registration per person except for guests.
$150 cancellation fee for all flights paid by BMW CCA
You will be responsible for room charges if you cancel prior to the event.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
There is no shuttle to/from hotel.
Please contact www.metrocars.com to make your reservations.
Charges and receipts will need to be submitted on an expense report available on the BMW CCA website.
