1 hour butlered Hor'd'oevers:
- Sesame Chicken Satays
- Teriyaki Beef Satays
- Mini Cordon Blue Bites
- Scallops wrapped with Bacon
- Mozzarella Sticks
- Pork Potstickers
Dinner:
- Butternut Squash Soup
- Winter Salad with balsamic dressing
- Herb Crusted Salmon
- Chicken Pomodoro
- Rigatoni Pene
- Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
- Mashed Garlic Cauliflower
- Seasonal Vegetables
4 hour open bar for wine, beer and soda.
There will be beer from Glasstown Brewery Company as well as Miller Lite Bottles.
Wine selections include: Cabernet, Merlot and White Zinfinadil.
Cash Bar for all other alcohol selections.
