- RSVP's must be received by Monday January 16th.
- Semi-Formal Attire is requested.
- Please no babies or toddlers.
- NO Outside Alcohol Allowed on Property.
- Champions need to arrange for your complimentary tuxedo by calling "Tuxedo's by Lee" at (801) 966-7825 or dresses at "One Stop Dress Shop" at (801) 842-5684.
- Table Seating is reserved. There is a 16 person max at each table. Please send us any special seating requests and we will do our best to fulfill them.
- The price is $35 per person, no matter the age.
