All participants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. Younger drivers may be allowed with a parent present and appropirate waivers signed. All drivers and passengers must have closed toe shoes and a proper helmet. Helmets may be available to rent at the track, please contact Gingerman Raceway for more information on renting helmets. 

Any safe, well maintained car is welcome. We have everything from the family sedan to super cars participating at our events. Open wheel cars, trucks and SUVs are generally not allowed. Reach out to us directly to disuss possibilies of running on track if you have one of these vehicles.

A Snell SA rated helmet 2010 or newer is required to participate on track. 

Sharing a car: If both drivers are running in the same run group, it is an additional $50 for the additional driver (1 full price + $50). This applies to Advance and Intermediate only. Sharing a car in the Novice group is not permitted.  If you are running one car in 2 separate run groups, i.e., novice and advance, full price for each driver applies.

Wait list: If you try to register for novice and it asks you to join the wait list, that means that we have no instructors available at the time. When you join the wait list, you will be sent an email if and when spots open up.  DO NOT register for a different run group if yours is full! Anyone who tries to run in a group that they clearly are not experienced enough to run in, will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. This is a safety concern and we will not tolerate any unsafe drivers.

All drivers must hand in a completed and signed tech form at registration.

All drivers must attend the mandatory drivers meeting.
