The number of participants is limited to 25 and a waitlist will be accepted.    Registration will close on Jan 13th, 2016. Walkup registrations are not allowed. Wait listed folks, will only be contacted if a spot opens up after registration has closed. If you were on the waitlist, and was not contacted by the registrar, and you still show up..we will not allow you to participate. We have limited space and time, which is why our cap for the event is at 25.

Cancellations are allowed up until Jan 12th, 2016. There is a $20 cancellation fee.

What to bring!

Here are some suggestions as to what to wear to the Ice Gymkhana:
1. Dress warmly in layered clothing.  (The wind on the lake can be brutal!)
2. Bring a hat, gloves and/or mittens.
3. Sun block will help protect against reflected rays from the ice and snow.
4. Lip balm can be used to prevent chapped lips. Runners use Vaseline on cheeks and lips,
so take a tip from them.
5. Waterproof winter boots for your tootsies, but wear them loosely so they won’t cut off circulation.
6. Bring your own lunch and plenty of hot drinks.

This online registration system will accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or electronic funds transfer directly from your checking account.  We will be using a deferred payment method.  This means that a hold will be placed on your credit card for the registration amount, however we will not actually charge your account until after registration closes on Jan 13th, 2016.  If you absolutely can not pay online, please send your registration details and check to the treasuerer at the address below.  Please make the check out to RMCBMWCCA . We will then manually add you to the registration system database. Checks must be received by Dec 30th, 2015.
