Supplementals for Points 2 at The Hoover Met:

• The virus is not the only threat to our events. Government officials and news organizations (as well as the Dolly Do Gooders on social media) have the power to end our our season if inappropriate behavior is observed. In addition, our venue can also shut down our event if they observe that we are not behaving appropriately.  Our Covid-19 Policies and Procedures are in alignment with state and federal guidance, please abide by them.

• Read and will follow the guidelines provided in the ALSCCA Covid-19 Policy and Procedures document.

• Loaner helmets will not be provided.

• Registration and Payment must be done online, no cash payments will be accepted.

• If you're unsure of the classing, you can find guidance on ALSCCA's forum, Facebook Page or email the registrar with your car's details.

• WAIVERS are for ENTRANTS ONLY

• Minor waivers are critical and must be correctly completed and notarized PRIOR TO THE EVENT - This Waiver must be printed in color and executed in color.  It can be found here:  SCCA Minor Waiver  Don't forget to bring it to the event.

• Spectators and entrant visitors are highly discouraged for this event.  Entrants are responsible for their guests.  Entrants can be disqualified and asked to leave if their guests do not follow our policies and procedures. 

• Non-entrants will be NOT permitted in the grid area and should be discouraged from loitering in the paddock.

• Passengers are permitted as outlined in the Covid-19 policy (No non-entrant passengers).  

• Waters will NOT be available to help reduce common touch points.  Please bring you own hydration.

• We will run rain or shine.
