Event Requirements
Registration closed October 13, 2021 11:59 PM at 2021-10-13T20:59:00-0700 Registration ends October 13, 2021 11:59 PM at 2021-10-13T20:59:00-0700 Registration opens January 26, 2021 12:00 AM at 2021-01-25T21:00:00-0800 Registration runs from January 26, 2021 12:00 AM to October 13, 2021 11:59 PM
Requirements to Media Hardcard Submission:
- Complete Annual Waiver
- Provide a Letter of Assigment issued by a recognized media organization, authorized/signed by an editor, producer or appropriate authority at the outlet indicating which HSR event to be attended and coverage to be provided. (No application will be processed until all required documents are received).
- If your media outlet covered events in 2019 or 2020, please include a list and copy of coverage.
Please note: NO IMAGES CAPTURED AT AN HSR EVENT ARE TO BE SOLD BY INDIVIDUAL CARRYING HSR PROVIDED MEDIA CREDENTIALS.
*Internet Only sites will be considered if they are the original new content provider. Enthusiats, blog, fan websites, or those that cover one team and/or drivers will not be approved for a media credential. Crew/Guests credentials can be attached ot an event entry for that team.
Application submission DOES NOT guarantee approval.
