  • Cars will be tested with a sound meter and noise should never exceed 10 db over the ambient noise level as measured at two designated off-track locations.

Again this year 16- and 17-year-old children of region members can participate in autocross events. To be eligible, permission forms, which can be found on the PCA website, must be obtained and signed by the entrant's parents.

COVID-19 Protocols: The Autocross COVID-19 Protocols are in addition to, or revisions of, the standard NER autocross regulations and full compliance is required.  It is critical that you carefully read these protocols prior to the event.  They may be found on the NER website.

Please determine your class before continuing.  The class system has been revised and some classes are changed from last year!  Class descriptions and full event rules can be found on the NER website.

Numbers:

If you have attended an NER autocross in the past year, you probably already have a number with us.  Please enter that number, or a desired number into the form box.  If the requested number is taken, we will assign you an available number.  Our members' numbers database is extensive.  As a result, most single and low double digit numbers are taken, and cannot be used. If you would like a low number, or are buying number plaques, please email the registrar to see if the numbers are available.

Keep in mind that the number you enter into the Motorsportreg.com database may not be available. Also note that the Motorsportreg.com database is not linked to the NER autocross event files and assigns numbers randomly based on those that have not previously been assigned by that site.  The site will also not allow a registrant to request a ‘B’ suffix as a duel driver.  The Registrar will check to see if the number you previously ran with in the current or prior season, or a number you have requested if this is your first event for the season, is available within the autocross event file and assign that number if available.  The registrar will try to contact you before the event, if there is adequate time to do so.  If there is not, your number may be revised without notice.

Day of Event:

Gates open at 7:30 AM for check-in.  Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM, when the entry gate will be closed, to give yourself time to register, and unload your car.  Park between the yellow arrows in the paddock area; technical inspection will be done to cars in their paddock parking spots and ends at 9:00 AM. The drivers meeting begins at 9.00 AM followed by a course walk. We expect to see the first car off by 9:45 AM. . Also, you will be expected to stay the full day, so don't plan to leave early. The event will conclude between 3pm and 5pm depending on the number of participants, and runs taken.  You are expected to stay the full day, and work both morning and afternoon sessions.

Please note: Devens rules require that dogs at Moore Airfield must be kept on a leash and any droppings collected and properly disposed in the on-site dumpster.
