REGISTRATION:   PLEASE pre-register  You do not have to prepay to pre-register.  Pre-registration helps us determine number of heats, grid and time frame. 

Members are $30.00 and Non Members are $35.00     (PLEASE NO $100 bills at day of registration.)

If you do not pre-register, there will be an additional $5 fee the day of event for members and non members.  

NEW CLASS THIS YEAR

"Masters" class is an optional class available for any competitor who is 62 years of age or older as of  March 23, 2018. A handicapping system (I.e. "PAX") will be used within the Masters class. Trophy will be awarded at end of year for Master class driver with the most points The Masters class does not remove a competitor from the normal year end trophies. Your speed and worker points will be calculated as always. Points will be awarded as Follows: 1st – 10 points , 2nd – 9 Points, 3rd – 8 Points, 4th – 7 Points, 5th – 6 Points, 6th through last – 5 Points.

EVENT SCHEDULE

7:30 - 9:30 Set Up

8:30:  gates open to public

9:30 - 10:45 registration

9:30 - 10:45  tech inspection (tech is done in your pit parking space. Please have your numbers and class letters on your car. Then put your hood up and trunk or hatch.                                                           Tech will put a sticker on top drivers side windshield if you pass.  

11:00 -  NOVICE walk through

11:30 - Drivers Meeting

12:00 - First Car Off

EVERY DRIVER IS EXPECTED TO WORK. Thank you in advance :)

PLEASE KEEP SPEED DOWN WHEN ENTERING AND DRIVING THROUGHOUT COMPLEX. There may be other events going on. 

• Helmets are required (we have loaners)
• Closed toe shoes required
• Cash or checks only  

Drivers are required to have a valid driver's license. No learners permits 

MINOR WAIVERS: If you are under 18, please fill out a minor waiver (found on our website www.vmsc.org). 

Both parents (if applicable) must sign waiver and one parent must be present at registration the day of the event, however the parent/s may leave after registration.

FOOD VENDOR is on sight at all events. 

We typically finish between 4 and 4:30 depending on how many cars show up. 

Spectating and or /riding is free.           Must present drivers license to obtain a loaner helmet.
