Event Requirements

Everyone must sign the Release and Waiver (next screens) for Audi Club Northwest’s insurance coverage when coming onto the facility. This requirement includes drivers, instructors, teens, guests and visitors. Parents must also sign a Teen Waiver on behalf of participating teens. No exceptions. Please contact the Event Masters prior to the event with any questions.
Convertibles and Roadsters may run in the Full Autocross. See <http://www.audiclubna.org/images/forms/ACNA_Driving_School_Guidelines_2013-03-05.pdf> for a full list of event rules and more details. Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs, SAVs), trucks and other high-center vehicles are not permitted. Email the event master if you have questions on this.
Cancellation Policy for this event: It is the entrant's responsibility for preparing and bringing a vehicle meeting the technical requirements. If your car fails morning tech at the track and cannot be fixed, you will not be able to run and you will not get a refund.
No refunds will be issued due to halting an event for any reason - rain, incident, etc.
If you must cancel, please do so early so that we may allow another participant into your space. Any refunds due under the cancellation policy will be issued as soon as practical after the event.
Helmet requirement is Snell 2005 or later (SA, M or K) for the Full Autocross. Club helmets are available in several sizes for rental on a first come, first served basis. Please specify a size when registering.
Audi Club North America membership is required. You can sign up as part of the registration process, or go to ACNA directly at <http://www.audiclubna.org/join-renew>
Note: When meals are a part of our events, ACNW will attempt to accommodate special dietary requirements if requested. However, meals are provided by third parties and circumstances may not always enable ACNW or its vendors to meet every special dietary need.
