If you are a minor (under 18 years old) you will need to have a parent(s) or guardian(s) fill out a Minors as Observers Only waiver.. The minor waiver form can be found at http://www.pca.org/resource/waiver-minors or on the RMR website:http://rmr.pca.org/files/event_chairs_2018minor_and_parent_form-waiver-observersonly-PCA2009.pdf These forms will also be available at registration, but a parent(s) or guardian(s) must be present to sign. At least one of the parents or guardians must attend the event. No exceptions.
The driver must be 18 or older.
