  • Confirmation – Attendee List.  You'll be listed as NEW upon registration.  We will review registrations, confirm your eligibility to participate, and process payments on June 1st.  You will receive a receipt and notification indicating your updated registration status (confirmed, wait listed, or other) at this time.
  • Wait list - If you register and are place on the wait list, we will update your status once we have confirmed there is space in the event.  Because we are accepting online and offline registrations, we must verify that we have not exceeded the maximum number of participants.
  • Car club membership:  Participation in the school is limited to BEAC members and persons who are eligible to be members of a Boeing Recreation club: Boeing employees, Boeing retirees, vendors, customers, contract, and government personnel assigned full time to The Boeing Company and their spouses and dependents. Current BEAC membership is not required but encouraged.
  • Insurance:  You are responsible for your own insurance.  Please check with your insurance carrier before registering if you are unsure of your coverage at the school.  Note that this event is an educational car control clinic, not a high speed driver education or lapping event.

  • Helmets:  All participants are required to wear helmets. Permitted helmets are rated Snell-2005 or better (e.g. Snell-2005, Snell-2010, Snell 2015)  or FIA 8860, SFI 31.1 or BS6658-85 Type A-FR.  Your helmet must have the manufacture certification tag to be acceptable.  Non Snell helmets must be within 10 years of manufacture (date tag required).  Either automobile (e.g. Snell SA-2005) or motorcycle (e.g. Snell M-2005) or karting (e.g. Snell K-2005) helmets are acceptable.  These are the only allowable helmets. A limited number of helmets that meet the club's specifications will be available for shared use at the event.
  • Vehicle safety inspection:  Instructors will perform a basic safety inspection on-site at the event.  No professional technical inspection is required prior to the event.  Details of the inspection will be provided at the ground school on June 6, 2019.  The most common failure items are: loose battery, under inflated tires, and unsecured objects in the passenger compartment or trunk.
