Thank you for pre-registering! It helps cut down on data-entry time so we get on the track sooner.

Experience Required: None, but you must have a valid driver's license or permit. (Junior Karts excluded)

Location: Montana Expo Park

Set-up and Check-in: Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Check-in goes until 8:30 a.m. Please bring your Driver's License and SCCA Membership card with you to the table.

Competition Fees:

SCCA Members: $30

If you plan on racing with us often, we highly recommend getting an annual SCCA Membership. Non-members and First-time Racers must pay a Weekend Membership fee. The annual membership pays for itself in only a few races. You can join by following this link: https://www.scca.com/pages/join-scca  If you live in the Great Falls or Helena area, you would choose Montana Region 105. There are no additional regional membership fees.

Non-Members: $50

First-time Racers: $20 (You must have never raced at any SCCA sanctioned event in order to qualify—No Exceptions!)

Up to two Weekend Memberships are refundable if you join the SCCA.

Need: Snell 2005, M2005 or SA2005 helmets or newer. (A limited number of loaner helmets will be available on-site.) Here is the link to approved helmet stickers:2018 Helmet Rules

Vehicle: They will be tech inspected for safety before the race. You must have a tech inspection at least once per season and after any modifications.

If you are racing a Kart, please contact us before you register. Notification is required due to new rule changes and event requirements.

Passengers: Allowed, must sign a waiver and follow all safety requirements.

Minors: Drivers must have a signed release from parents on file. Passengers, ages 12-18, must have signed release form by parents on file. The waiver is valid for 1 year.

Spectators: Allowed, must sign a waiver and stay in the designated spectator area. NO DRONES ALLOWED.

Lunch: Please bring a bag lunch.

Toilets: Restrooms available on-site.

Please run any errands (fuel, breakfast, cash, etc.) BEFORE you come to the race. 

As a reminder, when you arrive, please promptly proceed to the check-in table located near the trailer. Please check yourself in and sign the release waiver and get a wristband. You need to pay your entry fees at that time if you didn't pay online. All vehicles must pass a tech inspection. 

Please do not walk the track until it has been approved by the Safety Steward. We will announce when it is safe to walk and chalk the track. 

Work Assignments: All competitors are required to perform work assignments when they're not running. Failure to do so could result in disqualification. If you have a special circumstance, such as a disability, please make the event staff aware when you check-in. 

You will be required to attend the driver's meeting. We will be holding the driver's meeting at one point AFTER 8:30 a.m. If you happen to arrive AFTER 8:30 a.m., but before the driver's meeting, you will still be allowed to race, HOWEVER, there will be a $15 penalty added above and beyond your race fees. This penalty does NOT apply to any first-time racers

Due to construction at our previous grid and paddock area, we will be staging on the west side of the Expo Park.
