Event Requirements

FOR ON TRACK DRIVER'S EDUCATION (DE):
The PCA National Minimum Standards document, in its entirety, is available online on the National PCA Web site (www.pca.org)
This year SNELL SA2010, SA2015, or SNELL SA2020 will be REQUIRED. The following helmets are NOT acceptable for this event: SNELL 2005 or older, DOT only rated helmets, M rated helmets including SNELL M2010, M2015, & M2020.
Per PCA National SA2010 helmets should be replaced but are allowed at DE events due to supply chain issues per the notice below:
COVID related supply chain disruptions have limited availability of Snell 2020 Rated helmets. PCA does not want to force members to compromise on such an important piece of safety equipment. We have therefore decided to continue allowing 2010 helmets through the end of 2021. As supplies improve, we do encourage those of you with 2010 helmets to replace them without waiting for the hard cutoff at the beginning of 2022.
2020 helmets are available, but in limited supply. If you have helmet preferences, please prepare for the changeover and start shopping for that new helmet.
TOUR TO THE TRACK, AND TOUR OF THE TRACK (aka: SUNSET CRUISE):
Participants must register for these events here on MSR. The tour to the track (from Richfield, WI) is free. The cost of the tour of the track (aka: Sunset Cruise) is $20 per vehicle (not per person), to be paid in advance on MSR when you register. In addition, all participants in these events (drivers and any guest(s)) must sign the event waiver and the COVID-19 release which can be accessed here:

In addition, any minor (under age 18 years) guest(s) or passenger(s) for the tour to the track or the tour of the track (Sunset Cruise) must have a PCA Minor Waiver signed by both parents to present at check-in. The PCA Minor Waiver can be accessed here:

FOR THE SUNSET CRUISE:
The driver must possess a valid driver's license. Passengers are allowed providing they have a seat and proper seat belts. No vehicle 6' 2"; in height or taller will be allowed on track, and ensure your vehicle has at minimum 1/2 tank of fuel. More information is available on the Road America Website.
