Event Requirements
Registration closed November 16, 2012 5:00 PM at 2012-11-16T14:00:00-0800 Registration ends November 16, 2012 5:00 PM at 2012-11-16T14:00:00-0800 Registration opens November 2, 2012 10:03 AM at 2012-11-02T07:03:00-0700 Registration runs from November 2, 2012 10:03 AM to November 16, 2012 5:00 PM
Online pre-registration will open on Friday, November 2nd at 10 am and will close on Friday, November 16th at 5 pm. Due to space constraints at the site we are limiting the number of entries to 80, so to guarantee your spot, register early!!!
Drivers must be 16 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. Drivers under 18 years of age must fill out a minor waiver. All vehicles must pass a technical inspection and helmets must be SNELL 2000 or newer. Loaner helmets are available.

Registration – 7:30am-8:45am
Tech Inspection – 8:00am-9:00am
Novice Walk Through – 9:00am
Drivers Meeting – 9:20am <--Required Attendance
First Car Off – 9:45am
Fun Runs as time allows

Entry Fees
$25.00 – SCCA Members (Proper ID Required)
$35.00 – Non-Members (Includes SCCA Weekend Membership)
+$10.00 – Day of Event Registration
+$10.00 – Late Registration (After 8:45am)
$30.00 – Return Check Fee
NOTE! The $10 Day of Event Registration will be strictly enforced this year!!! Be sure to pre-register early to guarantee your spot!!!
****This is our charity event for 2012 so if you bring some canned food for donation to a local food bank we will knock $1 per item off of your entry fee up to $5!! Just a way for us to help out those in need as the holiday season approaches!****
