National PCA membership number and membership status will be verified as part of the registration process.  If you do not include a valid PCA membership number (or forward a pending membership confirmation from PCA to the registrar), a $10 non-member fee will be assessed.

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to participate in this event.  Your driver's license will be checked at registration!

You need to have a Snell-certified SA2015 or M2015 or newer helmet.  You will need to wear long pants (made of natural fibers) and an all-cotton short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirt and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets without 2015 or 2020 AMR/RMR stickers will need to be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track.  Your helmet will need an RMR/AMR PCA sticker. A limited number of loaner helmets are available.

No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs.

NEW PCA RULE:  If you have added a racing-type seat in order to use 5-point, 6-point or 7-point harnesses (which must be replaced every two years or every five years depending on whether they are SFI certified or FIA certified belts, respectively), you must also have and use an approved Head and Neck Restraint device.  Further,if there is to be a passenger (e.g. instructor), same must be provided and used by the right-seater.

We cannot accommodate two (2) driver cars if both drivers are novice drivers and attending their first DE event.  Also, three (3) driver cars are not allowed.Attendance at RMR DEs at HPR will be limited.  To implement this, everyone registering for the DE will be listed as ON HOLD, subject to CONFIRMATION BY THE CDIs.

Your priority in being confirmed for an event will depend on the date and time you register.  When an event fills up, further priority will be given to PCA members.

We are really wanting to eliminate the number of people doing tech at track this year. In order to do that, we do have other options available for you if you can’t make it to one of the pre-tech sites on Wednesday. You may have your regular service tech fill out your tech form when you are getting your car serviced. If you know one of the qualified pre-tech inspectors, you may have them inspect your car if they are fine with doing that. Last year we approved Club Racers to inspect each other’s cars if they were up on the rules and regulations and felt comfortable doing so. New this year, we are allowing our Racers to inspect their own cars if they feel confident in so doing. Of course, racers can also have their mechanic tech their car for them.  The SpeedWaivers do not need to be signed if you are not going to one of the pre-tech sites. Pre-Tech locations and times are to be determined. You will notified by email the week of September 6 regarding time and locations of tech inspection.
