Event Requirements

Barrett-Jackson Tour leg cost is $90.00 per person. The Barrett-Jackson Tour Leg is limited to 40 cars.
Frank Lloyd Wright Tour leg cost is $26.00 per person. (Currently limited to 50 people.)
Departure from Tucson for the Barrett-Jackson tour leg will be from the McDonald's at the north west corner of Ina Road and Thornydale. Be there no later than 7:30 to sign waivers and get maps. Departure at 8 AM sharp. Please be a fueled and ready to go as there are no schedule fuel stops. There will be one pitstop at the rest area about 38 miles south of Phoenix. (actual time on the road approximately one hour 45 minutes)
Departure for the Frank Lloyd Wright tour leg will be from the Hampton parking lot at 10 AM (drivers meeting @ 9:45) - approximate running time 15 minutes. Tour starts at 10:30. . Road home approximately two hours with an optional lunch stop.

This is a overnight tour so please secure your hotel reservations if required. You will make your own hotel reservation and payment.
Our primary hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Riverwalk.
Contact them at 480-270-5393 and mention you are reserving one of the rooms blocked for the Porsche Club or request block rate under Kirk Cross. Our rate is $124.00 + tax. Or click this link to reserve your room online. Last day to reserve rooms @ our group rate is 7 Jan. 2016. There are a total of 20 rooms set aside so, book early!

Once you arrive @ the hotel home page you will see the area on the left side to enter dates, number in party, etc. Once you enter that info, click on the Add special rate codes line directly above the red box that says "Check Rooms & Rates" . Enter PCA in the Group code box and click the "Check Rooms & Rates" box and viola you are there!
PS. There has been a slight glitch through the Hampton website. When booking it is showing a rate of $154.00 however, we have a guaranteed rate of $124.00.
In that your card will not be charged until check-in this issue, I am assured, will have vanished before then.
