RULES:

1) ONE paddock space per race vehicle / ONE Trailer OR Support Vehicle per paddock spot

2) No enclosed trailers or motorhomes permitted in the front row (spots 1 to 24)

3) Maximum 24 foot Trailers or Support Vehicles in rows 2 & 3

4) Row 4 – Priority will be given to units over 25 feet (total length)

5) If you wish to request a row 4 (back row) space you MUST include the Trailer OR Support Vehicle length (whichever you need to park with your race car)

6) If your Trailer OR Support Vehicle is not at least 25 feet long, then you may request a row 4 space but you must also list row 2 or 3 spaces as your alternates as priority will be given to longer vehicles and you may be bumped on busy weekends. Do NOT request 4 back row spaces if your trailer is under 25 feet.

7) We will make our best efforts to accommodate your needs. We will not contact you unless we are unable to assign one of your 4 choices.

8) If you do not register for a race weekend by the race entry deadline (always the Sunday before a race weekend) then your paddock space will be reassigned if someone else requests it.

9) Do not assume that your space is the same every weekend. You must check the paddock allocation board at the front gate every weekend. The paddock assignments are usually published on the SCCBC Calendar page by the Thursday prior to the race weekend.

10) If you declare a vehicle or trailer length that is longer than the actual length you will be banned from making any further reservations for the remainder of the 2015 season. Our Paddock Marshall will be confirming Trailer and Support Vehicle lengths.

11) You must supply your top 4 preferred paddock spaces, and all efforts will be made to ensure you get your 1st choice on every race weekend. An annual reservation does NOT guarantee that any of your choices will be available on every race weekend, but you will be given priority whenever possible.

12) If you are a team owner, or have rental cars, and other drivers will be using your paddock space, they must be registered prior to the race entry deadline, and you are responsible for informing the Paddock Registrar prior to the race entry deadline which drivers are using your paddock spaces.

13) Please also indicate if you wish to be paddocked with or close to any other drivers and we will endeavour to keep you together whenever possible.

14) Annual paddock reservation holder should NOT try and reserve a paddock space with their race entry. This also applies to drivers renting cars from those with annual resservations. The holder of the reservation is responsible for informing the Registrar if another driver is using their paddock space.

If you fail to follow these rules your reservation will NOT be accepted until it does, so to ensure you get the spots you want, ensure you fill out the request correctly, and early.
