MBCA San Francisco Bay Area Member Appreciation Holiday Gala Sunset Soiree
Come join your fellow MBCA/SFBA members at the elegant Clos La Chance Winery in San Martin near Morgan Hill.
Our Gala is scheduled for Sunday, December 6, from 5:00-9:00 PM.
We will begin the evening with appetizers on the patio with, perhaps, a glass of one of Clos La Chance wonderful wines. The tasty appetizers will be:
- Sugar Plum Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Skewers with Balsamic Drizzle
- Brie Apple Caramelized Onion Crostini with Chive
- Chicken Cilantro Asian Dumpling with Ginger Ponzu Dipping Sauce
From there we go back inside for a sit-down buffet offering:
- Classic Ceasar Salad
- Sauteed Chicken Madeira with Prosciutto, Mushrooms, Sundried Tomatoes, Madeira Wine Sauce, and Sauteed Baby Vegetables
- Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
- Seasonal Sauteed Vegetables
- Vegetarian Fusilli with Roasted Eggplant, Sundried Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Mushrooms and Leeks in a Light Garlic Oil
Finishing with a special Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis
