Event Requirements

Everyone must sign the Release and Waiver for Audi Club Northwest’s insurance coverage when coming onto the facility. This requirement includes drivers, instructors, teens, guests and visitors. The full text of this Release and Waiver is on the next screens. Please read it carefully. Parents or guardians must also sign a Teen Waiver on behalf of participating teens. Please contact the Event Masters or Registrar prior to the event with any questions about these important documents.
The event will start at 8:00 am and participants will need to be present by then to get critical information about the rest of the day. The event will run until dark or 5:00, whichever comes first. A full event schedule will be sent out prior to the event that will outline some of the basic schedule of the day.
This event will qualify the driver for additional ACNW events, such as Son of Quattrofest at The Ridge in March.
Convertibles may participate in this Driver Skills Clinic and Autocross. High-center-of-gravity vehicles are not permitted. These include trucks, sport utility vehicles (SUVs), sport activity vehicles (SAVs), and crossover utility vehicles (CUVs). It is the entrant's responsibility for preparing and bringing a vehicle meeting the very minimal technical requirements. If your car fails morning tech at the track and cannot be fixed, you will not be able to run and you will not get a refund.
No refunds will be issued due to halting an event for any reason - rain, incident, etc.
If you must cancel, please do so early so that we may allow another participant into your space. Any refunds due under the cancellation policy will be issued as soon as practical after the event.
