BMW CCA Events are open to members only.  The member event price is $45.

If you are not a BMW CCA member, you can register as a Non-Member, which includes a 1 year membership at a discounted rate of $65.  This package is for new members, not regular yearly renewals -- if your membership has expired within the last two years, please renew via National.

You will need to determine your vehicle's class and your participant number BEFORE registering.  The classification worksheet and participant number policies and participant number worksheet are linked below.  All of these links point to MotorsportReg servers.

Vehicle Class:

You must choose your vehicle's classification according to the link below and set it DURING registration for the event.  The classification worksheet and class break-points are new for the 2016 season, so please re-do your classification even if you had already classed your vehicle in a previous season.

Participant Number:

You must choose your participant number according to the links below and set it DURING registration for the event.  New policies have been implemented for the 2016 season, so please review the documents to understand the changes.  A key change to understand is our implementation of MotorsportReg's "Number Pool" feature, which is described in the "AX Number Assignments and Marking" document below.

A soon as you arrive, find the registrar, sign the waivers, and receive a wristband. This is required for all people on site, including spectators.  If a participant or spectator is a minor, a minor waiver must be completed:  minorwaiver2016.pdf (this must be printed in color, preferably double-sided).

Any vehicle parking in the EV Participant Parking area must pay $5 (cash on site) for charging, whether the vehicle actually charges from site electricity or not.  If you do not wish to incur this charge, do not park in this area.

Helmets will be available to rent for $10.  HELMETS MUST BE SNELL 2005 AT MINIMUM.  Harrison Motorsports has a deal on helmets -- contact David Harrison at 678- 879-1200 to order and make sure you ask for the BMW CCA AX special.
