Event Requirements

Everyone must sign the Waiver for Audi Club Northwest’s insurance coverage when coming onto the facility. This requirement includes drivers, instructors, teens, and guests. Parents must also sign a Teen Waiver on behalf of participating teens. Teens must sign an acknowledgement. No exceptions. Please contact the Event Master prior to the event with any questions.
Chalk Talks are required for first time attendees, and recommended for all. If you are a first time attendee, you must attend one of the following chalk talks. There will be no food available so please eat before you arrive.
Chalk Talk #1: Wednesday, November 2nd, 7:00-9:00 pm at the Mercer Island Community Center (Mercer Island, WA)
Chalk Talk #2: Friday, November 4th, 7:00-9:00 pm at the Red Lion Hotel meeting room (Portland, OR)
Convertibles do not qualify for high-speed lapping unless equipped with aftermarket 4-point rollbar and 4-point or 5-point harnesses in both front seats. Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs, SAVs), trucks and other high-center vehicles are not permitted on Saturday or Sunday. Email the event master if you have questions on this.
Cancellation Policy for this event: It is the entrant's responsibility for preparing and bringing a vehicle meeting the technical requirements. If your car fails morning tech at the track and cannot be fixed, you will not be able to run and you will not get a refund.
No refunds will be issued due to halting an event for any reason - rain, incident, etc.
If you must cancel, please do so early so that we may allow another participant into your space. Any refunds due under the cancellation policy will be issued as soon as practical after the event.
Helmet requirement is Snell 2000 or later (SA, M or K) for Saturday and Sunday Lapping. Helmets are not required for the DE Exercises on Saturday morning. They will be worn for the Autocross on Saturday afternoon and Sunday, and are also required for all lapping sessions. Club helmets are available in several sizes for rental on a first come, first served basis. Please specify a size when registering.
