Friday, June 2 – Social

Wyndham Virginia Crossings (WVC), Glen Allen

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM:  Hotel check in & registration (Jefferson Building)

                                  - Car wash station (Carriage House)

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM:  Social with drinks & plentiful hors d’oeuvres (Pool Terrace)

7:30 PM – 9:00+ PM:  Dinner (if you’re still hungry) & socializing (The Tavern)

 

Saturday, June 3 – Concours & More

Wyndham Virginia Crossings (WVC), Glen Allen

8:30 AM –   9:30 AM:  Arrive & Stage for Concours (Center Courtyard)

                                      - Porsche corral and other cars arrive and park

                                         throughout the morning

  9:30 AM – 12:00 PM:  Concours Judging (Cars to be judged must be on the

                                      show field no later than 9:30 AM)

11:30 PM –   2:00 PM:  Lunch Buffet in The Glen Restaurant at WVC

12:45 PM –   1:00 PM:  Drivers’ Meeting in front of Jefferson Building at WVC

  1:00 PM –   4:30 PM:  Fun Run/Gimmick Rally to Scotchtown, Beaverdam

                                      - Each car will receive a collectible rally plaque.

                              - Prizes will be awarded to gimmick rally winners!

  4:30 PM –   6:00 PM:  Return from Fun Run/Gimmick Rally to WVC/Relax!

  6:00 PM –   9:00 PM:  Social, Dinner, Awards Presentation, & Guest Speaker

Sunday, June 4 – Autocross

Richmond International Raceway (RIR), Richmond

  8:15 AM –   8:30 AM:  Meet in front of Jefferson Building at WVC

  8:30 AM –   9:00 AM:  Parade to RIR autocross site

  9:00 AM –   9:45 AM:  Registration, Tech

  9:45 AM – 10:00 AM:  Drivers’ Meeting

10:00 AM – 10:15 AM:  Drive Through

10:15 AM – 12:00 PM:  Autocross

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM:  Lunch Break

                                      - Box lunch and drink

12:30 PM –   2:00 PM:  Autocross

  2:00 PM –   2:30 PM:  Awards Presentation

Be sure to list the names of all attendees and all of the events in which you wish to participate.

• Advanced registration will end on Thursday, June 1st, 2017 at 11:59 PM.
• Onsite registration will be available for a higher fee.
• No fees are required to just watch and enjoy the concours or autocross.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds, less a 5.5% processing fee, will be given if requested no later than Monday, May 29.
• After Monday, May 29:  No refunds will be given.
