Wednesday, June 25, 2014
7:00-8:00 a.m. – Load-in staging in Red Lot off Kirby Drive, north of Reliant/NRG Stadium
8:00-10:00 a.m. – Load-in for all cars. You must enter at this time, not before, not after.
10:00-11:00 a.m. – Event Check-In at GCVRA hospitality (in Vintage Paddock)
5:00 p.m. – All vehicles leaving the property for the weekend must be out of the track area.

2:00-3:00 p.m. – Event Check-In at GCVRA Hospitality
3:00-4:30 p.m. – Track Walk (golf carts, tuggers, or walking only! No two-wheeled vehicles allowed)

7:00-11:00 a.m. – Event Check-In at GCVRA Hospitality
7:45 a.m. – SRF Drivers’ Meeting at GCVRA Hospitality
8:10 a.m. – All SRF cars to pre-grid
8:20 a.m. – Pre-grid closed. All cars not at pre-grid will not be allowed on track.
8:25 a.m. – Cars to pit lane
8:30 a.m. – 5 minute warning
8:35-9:00 a.m. – Green Flag SRF Practice
12:30 p.m. – Lunch for drivers and registered crew members at GCVRA Hospitality
2:00 p.m. – Vintage Drivers’ Meeting at GCVRA Hospitality
3:20 p.m. – All Vintage cars to pre-grid
3:30 p.m. – Pre-grid closed. All cars not at pre-grid will not be allowed on track.
3:35 p.m. – Cars to pit lane
3:40 p.m. – 5 minute warning
3:45-4:15 p.m. – Green Flag Vintage Practice
4:05 p.m. – All SRF cars to pre-grid
4:15 p.m. – Pre-grid closed. All cars not at pre-grid will not be allowed on track.
