Event Requirements

We are now strictly enforcing a 98db sound limit at 50ft away in order to keep this venue.
Helmets are required, A few loaners are provided.
Underage drivers need a permission form from a parent.
All drivers will work the course during the day.
Specifics to be discussed at drivers meeting on any event day, held at 8:30 am sharp.
Tech will start at 7:30am and will end at 8:30am your car must be teched before the drivers meeting, if you are there the night before we can most likely tech your car at that point.
All cars must pass a safety tech inspection, this is a pretty basic check, we look for stuff like a battery tie down, all lug nuts, working seat belts, seats bolted down, no loose items in the car at all, secured steering wheel, working brakes, no massive leaks. Limited to 35 drivers per day, this cap is in place to guarantee lots of run time.
Camping on site is free, no camp fires at this time, BBQs are ok but you must have a fire extinguisher if you are using a BBQ, all camps are recommended to have a fire extinguisher even if you are not BBQing. The gates will be unlocked Friday through Sunday for campers to arrive. If you are camping please bring your own garbage bags and use them, this cannot be stressed enough.
