Event Requirements

$125 Non-Members
This event is pre-registration only and open to the first 125 registrants.
Schedule:
8:00 site opens
8:00-9:00 registration and tech open
9:30 drivers meeting
9:45-10:00 first car off
Things to remember:
- Class and numbers must be clearly visible, details:
NO painters tape (of any color or variety)
Must be a minimum of 8" for numbers, 4" for letters
Contrasting colors and legible font required (can be seen/read at 100ft)
All event participants must be 16yrs of age with a valid drivers or racing license.
Anyone on site under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign the minor waiver form.
Memberships are nonrefundable. They can be used at a variety of different locations and business for discounts on products and services any time of year. Member signup & renewal can be completed here: http://msreg.com/asccmember2019
*If you cannot attend the event or need to cancel you must contact the host prior to 24 hours before registration closes. This is a capped event and may sell out.
** In the case the event needs to be canceled due to inclement weather a makeup date will be set or all entrants will be refunded/credited to other events.
*** Just a reminder we will run under normal autox conditions. Light rain or a bit chilly weather and we will run. Storms, freezing temps, torrential rain will either delay the event or cause a cancelation.
