Itinerary

Saturday, October 25

•      9:30 AM:  Arrive at Target parking lot in Waynesboro Town Center (I-64 Exit #94)
         - Be sure to have a full tank of gas.
         - Gas, food, snacks, drinks, and restrooms are available at local 
            stores and restaurants.
•      9:45 AM – 10:00 AM:  Drivers’ Meeting in Target parking lot
•    10:00 AM – 11:30 AM:  Fall Foliage Tour to Wintergreen Resort 
•    11:30 AM –   1:00 PM:  Lunch at Wintergreen’s Pryor’s Porch 
•      1:00 PM –    2:30 PM:  Continue tour to Rockbridge Vineyard in Raphine
•      2:30 PM –    3:30 PM:  Wine tasting and tour at Rockbridge Vineyard 
•      3:30 PM:  Event Concludes

Drive to Wintergreen Resort

We will start with a driver’s meeting in the Target parking lot and leave the parking lot on Route 340 South and proceed to Wintergreen the “long” way.

We will be eating in the Pryor’s Porch room.

•    Be sure to list the names of all attendees, all of the events in which you wish to participate, and any special dietary requests.
•    Checks must be received no later than Tuesday, October 21.

Cancellation Policy

•    Through Tuesday, October 21, 2014:  Full refund minus 5.5% service fee   
•    After Tuesday, October 21, 2014:  No refunds
•    Our Fall Foliage Tour will be held rain or shine. Severe weather will cancel.
•    In case of cancellation, information will be posted on the Shenandoah web site at http://shn.pca.org/, and registrants will be notified via email.
•    If cancellation is required, we will do our best to reschedule for Sunday, October 26 or Saturday, November 1.
