Drivers without internet access may request a paper entry form and mail it with their entry fees to the Chief Registrar: Sheila Burkett, 610 Tuxedo Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63119, 314-249-6571. Make checks payable to STL, SCCA. A fee in the amount of $35 will be charged for any check returned by the bank. A full refund will be made if the entry is withdrawn before receiving a Tech sticker. If you pre-enter and are a no show, your check will be destroyed, and any credit card payments will be credited back to your card.
