This event will be run in full-day format and is capped at a maximum of 100 drivers.

In order to register for this event, you must be an SCCA Member with Autocross experience.  Our Novice Program is currently suspended.

Supplemental Rules:

Special Event:  This charity event is a special 2-day autocross event held under SCCA Rules and hosted annually by the Philadelphia Region of the SCCA.  This year’s charitable contribution in honor of Al Holbert will go to Warminster Community Park and the SCCA Foundation in support of the teen driving program TireRack Street Survival.

*Please note that Day 1 and Day 2 will be held at Warminster Community Park.

The Holbert Trophy:  This event features a special 'Holbert Trophy' for the driver whose combined best times from both days produces the lowest indexed time.  The 2020 PAX index multiplier will be applied to all drivers.  Everyone has a chance to win the 'Holbert Trophy.'  Last year’s winner, Ryan Lower, will bring the Holbert Trophy back to determine who gets to take the Trophy home for 2020.

Class Trophies and Points:  Class finishing position trophies will also be awarded for each day of competition, Saturday and Sunday, per our standard Philly Region Supplemental Rules.  Season points will also be awarded for Saturday and Sunday as individual events #3 and #4..

Competitor Rules:

  1. Each competitor must compete in the same class both Saturday and Sunday to be eligible for the two-day Holbert Trophy. Running a different class on each day will disqualify that competitor from the Holbert Trophy award.
  2. Each competitor must compete with their respective class unless prior approval is obtained from that competitor’s fellow competitors in the same class. Should a competitor compete in a separate heat from their class run group without pre-approval from the other competitors in the class, that competitor will not be eligible for the Holbert Trophy nor will class points be awarded.

Registration:  The cost of this 2-day charity event is $80 for SCCA members.  Registration for a single day of competition is available at $45/day for SCCA members.

Run order:  (Please note that although we try to follow this run order as closely as possible, small changes may have to be made to keep the groups balanced)
