General:
All participants for this event must be licensed drivers and read and agree to sign a liability waiver.  Participants under 18 must have a legal guardian in attendance to sign the release form.  Additionally, all participants must be valid members of the Audi Club of North America for preferential sign up.  After one week, the event will be made public.

Clothing:
Since this event is outdoors, be sure to dress adequately for the weather (layers!).  Make sure that your clothing and boots will not be too restrictive while operating a vehicle - consider two pairs of footwear if your boots are very bulky.  

Helmets:
Helmets are not required for this event.

Vehicle:
There will be no Technical Inspection for this event but we ask that your car be in good, working order.  
Please arrive with a full tank of fuel.  There is a gas station across the entrance from Hunter Mountain if fuel is required during the day.  
You are able to have items in the trunk of your car for this event.  However, please make sure that you don't have anything that may cause damage rolling around.
Due to the nature of this event we will require snow tires and no high center of gravity vehicles–– if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Lunch:
Lunch will be available in the base lodge.  There are a variety of options in the lodge including the sushi bar, pizza, barbecue, food court, etc. 
There will be a dedicated dining area for the club.

Hunter has plenty to do for the whole family: ziplining, tubing park, spa, discounted lift tickets ($66 day pass or $79 lower mountain pass with 1 hour lesson and equipment rental), daycare, ski lessons, outdoor heated pool (with indoor entry) and hot tubs, and more!!!  Contact Keanna for more information.

Hunter Mountain is located just over 2 hours north of New York City in the northern Catskill Mountains of New York State. Whether you are coming from the north or the south, Hunter is a convenient half-hour ride from New York State Thruway exits 20 or 21.
