Amateur - Race / Historic (Road Racing)

FIRST TIME APPLICATION:

• Proof that you have successfully completed an approved competition driving school. For information on approved competition driving schools, please contact the Race Director.
• Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.
• Completed Medical examinations form Physical Examination Form for Competition License.
• Picture – head and shoulders – in your MotorsportReg account profile.
• Your VALID Club Membership Card (unless you purchased your membership on MSR).

RENEWAL:

• Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.
• Copy of your log book or copy of competition results showing participation in events.
• A completed WCMA medical examination form is required every five years for applicants 16 to 35 years of age, every two years for applicants 36 to 59 years of age, and every year for applicants 60 years of age and older. WCMA reserves the right to request a medical examination by a physician from a license  applicant at any time. In years for which a medical is not required, a completed Medical – Self Declaration is required.
