We welcome all volunteers. If you are required to be in a "hot" area, you must be a member of SCCA. However, there are other positions that do not require an SCCA membership. If you want to try this out, we can always arrange for a weekend membership!
We provide lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday, plus "volunteer incentives." There is free camping at the track...just let them know that you are a worker. The track also provides showers at two locations in the paddock.
Following is a list of classes that will be running and times of events.

PLEASE NOTE: Scheduled session times are approximate and are for planning purposes only. Actual start times may vary based on forces of nature and on-track incidents. Stewards will NOT take action on MINOR schedule changes. Starting times may be altered with little, or no notice. Please pay attention to the PA.
In an effort to relieve congestion at the front gate, registration will take place at the pavilion in the paddock on FRIDAY night only. Stop at the front gate, sign the GingerMan waiver, proceed to your camping area and get set up. Then you MUST come to registration, sign in and get your wristband. Hours of registration will remain the same. All workers, drivers and crew MUST go through SCCA registration. Failure to sign the SCCA waiver may result in penalties. Registration on Saturday and Sunday will be at the track gate.
