Event Requirements
Registration closed April 4, 2015 9:00 AM at 2015-04-04T08:00:00-0700 Registration ends April 4, 2015 9:00 AM at 2015-04-04T08:00:00-0700 Registration opens March 1, 2015 12:00 AM at 2015-02-28T23:00:00-0800 Registration runs from March 1, 2015 12:00 AM to April 4, 2015 9:00 AM
Karts & Coffee is a new program to deliver an avenue to better expose competitive kart racing to our rental kart guests by providing an atmosphere where both will be brought together. This will be accomplished by establishing a rotating schedule of practice for race karts, interspersed with rental kart sessions, determined by the number of participants. There are six Karts & Coffee events scheduled for the 2015 season; please see the schedule below.
- Annual members = $15
- Non-Members = $20

Late Registration = $30
- Applies at the end of day- Thursday proir to event- regardless of member status
Karts & Coffee event is going to be limited to the first 30 registered drivers in order to provide adequate track time.
***Unfortunately, we will not be running Kid Karts in this event***
February 28 Karts & Coffee
9:00 am – Check-in open- At Kart Track – Coffee, Hot Chocolate and other refreshments (while supplies last)
10:00 am – On-track rotations begin – schedule determined by number of participants
2:00 pm – On-track rotations end- switching to half-track. Race kart practice will continue on west track if available

Cancellation and No-show Policy:
No refunds. Anyone that cancels their registration MUST notify the Kart Track 24 PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT. If notice has been given, you will receive a credit that can be applied towards future Miller Motorsports Park events hosted through Motorsportreg.com. Credit will be valid for ONE year from the time of purchase.
No credit will be issued for those who do not notify the Kart Track further than 24 hours before the event starts or who simply do not show.

Weather Policy:
Events are weather permitting. If the event is to be cancelled due to weather participants will be notified through the e-mail by Wednesday evening the week of the event. If a track day is cancelled participants will receive a credit valid for 1 year - no refunds.
