- Be sure to note the names of all attendees, if the attendee is an adult or child, and any special dietary requests.
- Checks must be received by Wednesday, November 30.
Cancellation Policy
- Through 11/30/16: Full refund minus 5.5% service fee
- After 11/30/16: No refunds
