Thank you for pre-registering! It helps cut down on data-entry time so we get on the track sooner.

Experience Required: None, but you must have valid driver's license or permit. (Junior Karts excluded)

Location: Montana Expo Park

Set-up and Check-in: Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Check-in goes until 8:30 a.m. Please bring your Driver's License and SCCA Membership card with you to the table.

Competition Fees:

SCCA Members: $30

If you plan on racing with us often this year, we highly recommend getting an annual SCCA Membership. Non-Members and First-Time Racers must pay a Weekend Membership fee. The annual membership pays for itself in only a few races. You can join by following this link: https://www.scca.com/pages/join-scca  If you live in the Great Falls or Helena area, you would choose Montana Region 105. There are no additional regional membership fees.

Non-Members: $50

First-Time Racers: $20 (You must have never raced at any SCCA sanctioned event in order to qualify-No Exceptions!)

Up to two Weekend Memberships are refundable if you join the SCCA.

Need: Snell 2005, M2005 or SA2005 helmets or newer. (A limited number of loaner helmets will be available on-site.) Here is the link to approved helmet stickers:2018 Helmet Rules

Vehicle: They will be tech inspected for safety before the race. You must have a tech inspection at least once per season and after any modifications.

If you are racing a Kart, please contact us before you register. Notification is required due to new rule changes and event requirements.

Passengers: Allowed, must sign a waiver.

Minors: Drivers must have a signed release from parents on file. Passengers, ages 12-18, must have signed release form by parents on file. The waiver is valid for 1 year.

Spectators: Allowed, must sign a waiver and stay in the designated spectator area. NO DRONES ALLOWED.

Lunch: Please bring a bag lunch.

Toilets: Restrooms available on-site.

Work Assignments: All competitors are required to perform work assignments when they're not running. Failure to do so could result in disqualification. If you have a special circumstance, such as a disability, please make the event staff aware when you check-in. 

You will be required to attend the driver's meeting. We will be holding the driver's meeting at one point AFTER 8:30 a.m. If you happen to arrive AFTER 8:30 a.m., but before the driver's meeting, you will still be allowed to race, HOWEVER, there will be a $15 penalty added above and beyond your race fees. This penalty does NOT apply to first-time racers.
