Participants must present a valid driver’s license, and if under 18-years of age, they must contact the Region for a waiver form. This form will need to be signed by the participant’s parents prior to competition. SCCA Hawaii will apply for event insurance under the Social Rally criteria. Participants will be covered by The Groove's insurance while on the Kart Track.
