TVR RallyCross #3

Event Requirements

Registration closed May 8, 2020 10:59 AM at 2020-05-08T08:59:00-0700 Registration ends May 8, 2020 10:59 AM at 2020-05-08T08:59:00-0700 Registration opens January 8, 2020 12:00 AM at 2020-01-07T22:00:00-0800 Registration runs from January 8, 2020 12:00 AM to May 8, 2020 10:59 AM

1.  If you have a helmet, it needs to be per the SCCA rules 3.2.P - basically a 2005, 2010, or 2015 Snell rated helmet.  We'll have a couple of loaners that you can use for your runs.

2.  Drivers are reminded that unless you have a window net, the windows need to be at least within 1" of being all the way up.  Of course you need to keep your hands and any other body parts inside the car.

3.  Recording devices must be mounted to the vehicle.  Holding your cell phone to record a run is a no-no.

4.  Your car will be inspected to ensure that it is safe to drive.  If your battery tie down has gone to battery tie down heaven, get another one.  A bungy cord isn't gonna work.  Your battery needs to be held securely.

5.  If you're running street tires, please inflate them to at least 40#.  Anything less and you risk debeading during a run.

====Special Instructions

Special instructions for this event:

1-Please preregister and pay with CC on Motorsportsreg. On site will be allowed but really, really not preferred. We don't charge your card till after the event - and only if show up.
2-Bring your own drinks and food.
3-Hollytree waiver and fee. Bring a pen. Fillout and sign the Hollytree waiver at the shack, fold up the $15 fee with the waiver and drop it in the drop-box.
4-SCCA waiver. Will be located on clip boards under the EZ-up. Lots of Dynatorch pens, just keep the one you use.
5-Loaner helmets are NOT to be shared. If you grab one, keep it all day and return it at the end of the day so we can clean them after.  We only have 2 of each size.
6-No ride along passengers.
7-2 driver cars? Well that's on you.
8-Clorox wipes will be used on all radios, timing and safety equipment.
9-Of course anti-social distancing should be normal by now
10-Drivers meeting will be held at the shack with everyone spread out. I can get loud enough I think.
11-Bring you own PPE if you have other concerns. Gloves are always recommended for cones anyway as nasty ants and spiders live in them. Yes, black widows have been found out there more than flu bugs.
