- RSVP's must be received by Monday October 12th.
- Semi-Formal Attire is requested.
- Please no babies or toddlers.
- Champions need to arrange for your complimentary tuxedo by calling "Tuxedo's by Lee" at (801) 966-7825
- Table Seating is reserved. Thereis a 16 person max at each table. Please send us any special seating requests and we will do our best to fulfill them.
- The price is $35 per person, no matter the age.
