Tour Requirements:

• Cancellations and refunds:  Cancellations accepted until August 12th.  If you cancel after the 12th we might not be able to refund your entire tour fee.

• Car club membership:  To participate you must be a member of the PCA and, we hope, also a dues paying member of the PNWR.  Porsche owners who are not members may register with the tour chair and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.

• Non-Porsches on the Tour:  Non-Porsches are only allowed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery of a Porsche, etc).  For this tour only, if you are a member of PCA/PNWR, but do not wish to drive a Porsche, contact Patti Lewandowski or Virginie Grange  directly.

• For Adult participants and attendees:  All drivers and passengers must sign the Waiver Release Form, which will be provided at the tour starting point.  There is no need to download, print and sign the form in advance.

• Age and driver's license restrictions:  All participants must be at least 21 years old and drivers must be  in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour.
   
• Registering for Passengers:  Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration.  Passenger registration is mandatory for this tour.  If you are a single driver but you would like to share the experience with a passenger, please contact Patti at pkdesign@comcast.net as noted in the tour description.  If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver must register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
