You must fill out the medical form and complete the experience part of your individual membership.
Here is A link to the Form We are using as Our tech form. Borrowing it From Tarheel Sports Car Club as we find this to work very well for all events. This must be completed and turned in during your secondary tech inspection at the host hotel.
